Music Speaks Volumes Poster Redesign - November 2025

For this project, is to redesign a subway poster for an orchestra in my chosen graphic design style and one in my personal style. I have picked postmodernism, an international art movement in the late ‘70s through the 80s that is characterized by a rejection of the formal structure established by modernism. Choose a style poster part of this project was a wake-up call given by my professor’s critique due to my first draft of this was an absolute mess and clearly showed severe lack of design process. I thank her very much for this critique because despite knowing what each design term means and what not, the work itself has to also show that I know what those words clearly mean.
